The Fleur de Prunier apartment is located in the heart of Saint-Pierre, the most dynamic city in Reunion! It is directly opposite the marina and is close to all nautical activities, beaches and shopping but is ideal for your business trips. Decorated in a modern style, it includes a bedroom with a Queen size bed and a comfortable additional 140x190 sofa bed. The apartment is fully air conditioned and equipped with everything you need for daily life to make your stay easy and practical: Nespresso coffee machine, ovens (fan and microwave), toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, flat screen TV , internet with Fiber, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Two small patios are arranged at the front and rear of the apartment and furnished with table and chairs. The linen is fully provided: bed linen, towels, bath mat, kitchen towels and beach towels. Baby equipment can be made available (travel cot, seat adapter, bottle warmer, etc.). You can park your car in the secure underground car park of the residence. Ideally located, you can reach the wild south (Saint-Joseph in Sainte-Rose from 30 minutes by car), Saint-Gilles (30 minutes by car), La Plaine des Cafres and Plaine des Sables (45 minutes by car ), Saint-Denis (1 hour by car). The Sud Réunion hospital group is a 15-minute drive from the apartment. From the apartment, you can attend famous events such as the start of the Grand Raid, the Francofolies and the Sakifo.
Fleur de Prunier est un T2 moderne situé dans une résidence calme et sécurisée avec ascenseur. Nous sommes un couple de 41 et 46 ans, Véronique et Mickael et avons une petite fille de 2 ans dont le prénom chinois signifie "Fleur de Prunier". Nous avons commencé la location saisonnière en 2019 et avons de la chance d'avoir de très bons retours sur la qualité de la location.
Fleur de Prunier est au coeur de la ville de Saint-Pierre: à 2 MINUTES A PIED vous accédez à la plage, au centre-ville commerçant, à tous les restaurants et bars, au cinéma, au port de plaisance et à l'office du tourisme. A 30 minutes en voiture, vous pouvez rejoindre les portes du Sud Sauvage (coulées de lave), la route du volcan, la station balnéaire de Saint-Gilles, tous les départs des randonnées du SUD et à 15 minutes en voiture, l'hôpital Sud Réunion et l'aéroport de Pierrefonds.
