The Apartment has been recently renovated,very bright and is located downtown near Cismigiu Gardens.The apartment has 2 rooms with an open kitchen included a hallway balcony. Bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable SpringBox American Bed so you will feel very relax on all your stay. Livingroom has a nice chandelier , double sofa ,a four person table ,and a flat tv. The kitchen is eqquiped with a electric stove, microwave ,coffemachine,and all you need for coocking. bathroom very well equipped to towels , bathrobes , linens , bath cosmetics , hair dryer, ironing board,etc.

The neighborhood is very peaceful, historic and green having the park near by. This is an old part of Bucharest where many writers and artists used to live.Also i can recommend you to visit some nice places like: Old Town; *Victory Avenue street with shops and tourist attractions ( Calea Victoriei); *Cismigiu Park , at 5 minutes walk; *Sala Palatului (largest Performance Hall in town) is right across the street. *National Museum of Art ( Calea Victoriei,no. 49-53) , 3 minutes walk; *Romanian Athenaeum ( Calea Victoriei) , 5 minutes walk; *Palace of Parliament ( 20 minutes walk); *Boutique du Pain ( French Bistro/ Academiei Street, no. 30) ; at 5 minutes walk; *Stadio ( Atrium restaurant / Ion Campineanu street) : *Palace of the National Military Circle - Bucharest - restaurant with terrace ( Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta, nr 20) , at 10 minutes walk; *Bucharest National Theatre ( Nicolae Balcescu street, no 2), at 10 minutes walk *Control Club ( music club, bar, pub, terrace), Strada Constantin Mille, no.4; at 10 minutes walk *CARU CU BERE ( Romanian traditional restaurant and plenty of beer) , Stavropoleos street, no. 5; at 15 minutes -Restaurantul Lacrimi si Sfinti
