The flat was very clean, comfortable and spacious on the ground floor with a small yard. The staff was friendly and super helpful. It is situated in a green and quiet area of Bucharest, yet public transport is a 3 mins walk.

For car enthusiasts, the Tiriac Collection Museum is a must-have experience (my son and I are car fanatics and spent more than 5 hours there). A large number of cars, both classic and modern, including unique pieces such as the Ferrari LaFerrari and Mercedes-AMG One. Free water available at the reception, coffee for an additional charge.
As car enthusiasts, we give it 10 stars out of 5. Absolutely amazing.
I can also highly recommend Therme.
We only visited one of the three sections because of my son’s age (something you should definitely pay attention to), but we really liked it. Nice water slides, pools, pool bars both inside and outside, lots and lots of greenery, and even during busy hours we were able to find free sunbeds. Also open until late.

Immaculate property, easy to get in and out, great location for the US Embassy, zoo close by and very good location.
Great, great beds and pillows, two balconies, 3 air conditioning units, restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get in and out, underground parking, great wifi. Easy to get in touch with owner. Super safe location. I would come again and stay longer.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. It’s a good location as everything is within a 20 minute taxi ride. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The owner, Victoria really went out of her way to make sure you had an amazing stay. We loved every minute of our stay there and would definitely come back!

The Mogoşoaia park and palace are perfect for a leisurely walk, biking, fascinating photos or a dip into history. The area is very well maintained and cared for. Don't miss the lakeside, impressive old trees and flower gardens. The palace museum offers insights into many historical periods with inspiring collections for visitors with different interests.

The transport system is very good especially using the 72 hour integrated ticket which covers buses, trams and metro.
There are plenty of seafood and pizza restaurants in the outskirts which are cheaper than the busy cafes in the Old Town.

Otopeni has a nice neighbourhood, quiet, close to the airport and Therme Bucharest. Some streets are currently under construction and therefore closed which makes traffic congestion, but hopefully will be settled soon

No bars close by restaurant downstairs was closed.
Royal sushi restaurant was nice next door.
If wanting quiet holiday it's great but 45 to hour away in taxi for night-life.

A city without any main attractions, yet a pleasure to explore by foot. Fantastic architecture on buildings, and magnificent parks. If you want a trip without schedules or programming, just relaxed exploring, walking, eating, and drinking, not to mention one of the least expensive capitals in Europe, possible THE least expensive. Great 5-day trip, enjoyed it immensely! Also took a day drive to Brasov to see the old city and the Carpathian Mountains, also worth doing.

The security check is very efficient.
The security check is very efficient. Not enough places to sit, but it is nice that the airport has a lot of restaurants and options for eating. I really liked the Chozen Noodles restaurant. There are enough bathrooms which is appreciable. The queues at boarding are sometimes too long for the capacity of the airport and it makes moving through the airport difficult when it is crowded.

My sister and her kids were staying in the Grey Apartments for a few days when vising Bucharest. They were looking for a spacious and affordable option, rather than being in the center of the city. They were extremely happy with absolutely everything. The check-in was easy. The apartment was extremely clean, very spacious, had a huge terrace, comfortable beds, large and nicely done kitchen with all the appliances, and even a washing machine. The supermarket is just steps away. My sister had to extend their stay for a few more days, and it was very easy. The owners even applied a discount for extra days. The location of the property is a little far from the old town area, but Uber rides are very affordable in Romania. This place is great for staying with the family!
