Ovaj uredni i moderno opremljen prostor veličine oko 35 kvadrata je apartman na najcentralnijoj lokaciji koja se u Beogradu može zamisliti. Apartman se nalazi u Kolarčevoj ulici, na devetom spratu zgrade sa liftom, i pogodan je za 2 osobe. Anas je studio apartman koji ima veliku sobu sa bračnim krevetom, hodnik, kupatilo,wc i kuhinju. Kuhinja je kompletno opremljena i poseduje indukcionu ploču, mikrotalasnu, pribor za ručavanje, sve što vam je potrebno za kraći ili duži boravak. Apartman ne poseduje parking mesto,ako dolazite kolima - jedino rešenje je neka od javnih garaža u okruženju (Politika,Skupstina a najblizi je u TC Rajiceva sa najpovoljnijom cenom dnevne karte).
