Property info

Spacious and the top location in New Belgrade – Belvill. The apartment has a large seating area, two bedrooms and a beautifully living room. It is equipped with all technical appliances and other things for a comfortable and long stay. The furniture is new and every room has smart tv and wi-fi internet. The apartment comes with a garage spot provided with video and security.

Neighborhood info

The popular Shopping mall - Delta City is just 15 meters away. There are many good cafeterias and restaurants in the neighborhood. Just 5 minutes from the apartment is the Sava river where you can walk along the river and visit some of the popular restaurants on the river. Also there is a boat that takes you to Ada Ciganlija - Sava lake, places for rest, recreation, cycling, swimming and more. Near there about 5 min distance there is the Belgrade Arena where are held all major events, matches, concerts in Belgrade. The city center is 5 km away or 15 min by public transport. In addition to the facility, there is a tram, an eco bus 1 and 95 that takes you to the city center. Taxi station is right in front of Shopping mall.
