Our building is located in the centre of the city centre. Thus, the location is hard to beat. Lovely apartment has a great view at the wide promenade (filled with the coffee shops and restaurants) and to the Liberty Square. The most beautiful city park, museums, theaters, fashion shops are all 5 minutes away. You can take an easy walk to the Petrovaradin fortress (15min walking). Located at the main promenade, our quiet apartment is perfect for couples, families, solo adventurers, business travelers and those who like to be at the center of happenings. In the building ground floor you will find: The bank with ATM The Money Exchange Office The Convenient store (until 23h) PANDORA MAC Cosmetics SPRINGFIELD The best INDEX sandwiches in the city: Tetak Opposite of the building is city's the most popular bar restaurant Petrus The building itself is one of the city's landmarks. It is built in 1933/34 in the "Bauhaus" aesthetics which was very innovative in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia (which included Serbia, Slovenia and Croatia).
