Even though I was there for leisure, and that seem to be more of a work area, the apartment was amazing. Also located underneath the MRT station plenty of places to eat, and the grocery store.

The residence also provides concierge services, laundry and dry cleaning services. Housekeeping services are available three times a week.

All lights will cease to function except for emergency lighting in the halls, staircases, and apartments.
Air-conditioning
No air-conditioning will be available. To keep the apartment cool throughout the shutdown, you are recommended to lower the air-conditioning temperature to 16ºC prior to 9pm on 1 Dec, Friday.
Apartment Appliances
All electrical appliances, such as refrigerators, freezer, microwave, TVs, and electric kettle will be affected. To maintain the freshness of food items in the refrigerator, please refrain from opening & closing the refrigerator door too often during this period.
Water Supply
Hot water supply will be intermittent during the above-mentioned period.
Internet
Internet/WIFI connection will not be accessible.
Passenger Elevator
Both Passenger Elevators will not be available from 02:00am to 4:00am
