We stayed four nights in the Citadines and enjoyed the stay very much. The hotel is on the 9th floor of the building, which is much taller. There was a nice shared garden and pool area, however, it was pretty windy a lot of the time, so the pool felt quite cold, even though the air temperature was about 30C. The room was also on the 9th floor and it's was a good size, with a little private terrace. Curiously, there is no bed, just a mattress on the floor of a little mezzanine over looking the double height living area, so the room feels spacious even if the bed area isn't. It has nice parquet floors, downstairs, a good shower and nice kitchen area. Standard WiFi was okay - fast enough for normal stuff. They offer higher performance at an extra cost, which I didn't use. The hotel has a nice common spaces with many shared working areas and a good gym.

It is mostly a large office building with long-term residence and only a few floors devoted to the hotel. However, 50 feet away from the entrance was a hawkers pavilion with fabulous local food from multiple stalls at ridiculously cheap prices. Even if there were a restaurant, I would recommend going to the hawkers stalls instead! Also, there was a laundromat on the ninth floor which was super convenient.
