The apartment was very clean and spacious. Wifi was good. TV had many international Channels. The neighborhood was nice with many supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants, cafés and bars within 5 minute walks. Plus there are many charging stations very close by. On top, we had a parking spot in the garage directly under the building with an elevator going to our floor. You don't need to leave the house to get to your car.

Property info

A comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is located on Stihova Street, just 1,5 km away from main square in the historical centre, close to Gospodarsko razstavisce (main fair & exhibition ground), central wine store and is in quiet area. Nearby is also a large playground for children. Air-conditioned apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), another bedroom with a single bed, living room with sofa which falls down to a bed (160 x 200 cm), kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dish washer and dining table, bathroom with a shower and washing machine. It is equipped with all the needed cooking utensils, cutlery, toaster, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, LCD TV, CATV, air conditioning, telephone and free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access. Towels and linen are provided. It is on the 4th floor with elevator access and it has a private parking space in an underground garage (only for personal vehicles that do not exceed the usual size of 5m) - Reservations must be made in advance. Payable public parking space is in front of the building.

Neighborhood info

This modern and well equipped apartment is situated a few minutes walk far away from the main exhibition ground Gospodarsko razstavisce, Medical center, large playground for the kids, main wine store, main bus station and railway station (900 m). It will take you about 20 minutes of easy walk to reach the main attractions, galleries and museums in the old town. Dining and shopping options along the Ljubljanica River banks are numerous. The nearest grocery store is approx. 50 m away, while a bar and a restaurant can be found 100 m from the apartment. Ljubljana Airport is a 25 km drive away and a shuttle service can be organized at a surcharge. Supermarket, city bus station (LPP), cafes, bars, bakeries, post office, bank, pharmacy and restaurants are in the neighbourhood 10 minutes walking from the building where the apartment is located. Please note that Saturdays grocery stores and supermarkets are closed in Slovenia.
