The building was build in 1925 (!) but it was totally renovated in 2014 in 2017. The Boutique Apartments are very bright and great for summer as they stay cool even when it's hot outside. Every apartment has an air conditioner. Heating is on in other seasons so you can adjust it according to your desire. Every apartment has its own bathroom with a shower, one separate bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a closet, and a well equipped kitchen-dining area. In the dining-room, we have a couch, a table with chairs and a flat TV with digital international channels. The couch you can be easily transferred into a 160 x 200 cm bed so the apartment can comfortably fit 4 adult persons. One apartment even has its own entrance for guests who like more privacy. It includes an outside sitting area with a table and chairs. The Boutique Apartments provides our guests with free parking.

I like to meet new people from different countries and I want them to feel comfortable in my city and my place!

The Boutique Apartments are located in a quiet area with plenty of greenery, but close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, it's a 15-20 min walk to the Ljubljana center, main international train station and bus terminal connecting Ljubljana to all main cities of Europe. Also, it's a 15 min walk to the BTC shoping center with over 3 square km of shopping and cinemas entertainment. Close to the apartments (about 200 steps), there is a MERCATOR (grocery store) where you can buy all you need for living and necessary food, and a Hofer store (10 min walk). If you don't want to cook you can eat at plenty of cafes and restaurants where you can try local specialties and international dishes at a reasonable price. The Boutique Apartments are close to the Metelkova Art Center, Ethnographic Museum, Museum of Contemporary Art Metelkova, the UKC Medical Center. If you would like to taste a nightlife in Ljubljana- you are welcome to visit the Orto bar nightclub, which is in the same street, 2 minutes walk from our Apartments (not in Corona times).
