We are a nonprofit Scouts organisation form Kranj. We are pleased to rent our cottage to guests. All profits from rental go to renovation and restoration work for the cottage. You can contact us via email, phone or chat.

Property info

Old cottage with rich history that was built as a part of monastery in 16. century, served as a partisan school during WW2 and a vacation home for factory workers. It sits in the middle of a forest on a hill above Kranj, a few minutes of driving from the railway and bus station. It is now used by Scouts of Rod zelenega Jošta and we happily rent in for groups up to 12 people. It is ideal for people who search for adventure, or those who just want peace with the spirit of this historic cottage.

Neighborhood info

This accomodation provides a really unique experience due to the forest around the house and its position above the town of Kranj with a great viewpoint. There is a path by the house, leading to the top of the hill. Place is great for various outside activities, barbecue, having a campfire and hiking. The nearby town of Kranj has a bus and a railway station with regular connections to surrounding towns (Ljubljana, Jesenice, Bled...).
