Deposit 5000 baht. Returned on the day of departure, after payment of utilities and final cleaning. Final cleaning cost: 1. Studio - 600 baht 2. 1-room - 800 baht 3. 2-room - 1000 baht Electricity cost - 7 baht per 1 kW. Water cost - 40 baht per 1 cubic meter. Paid in cash.
