Unique 5 storey beachfront pool villa with private elevator, indoor 6 meters salt water swimming pool, sea view rooftop. 10 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms for up to 20 guests. The entire building will be reserved for you and your group only. Full kitchen with built-in 4-burner gas BBQ, two dining tables, pool table, 75" Samsung smart TV with JBL Karaoke system on the 5th floor, smart TV, mini fridge in the rooms. 6 rooms with full sea view. Direct beach access with our own beach cafe, Surf Beach Cafe in the front.
Famous seafood restaurants, Alexa Beach Club, Glasshouse, Cave, Bacco Beach all in walking distance. Watersports, surf, kayak, banana boat, jetski just outside the house available for rent. Easy transportation, motorbike rental available.
