The most important thing about these apartments is the staff! We have been to many places and heard a lot about the empty promises of the Turkish man, but here we always received feedback and everything we needed upon request. If it is important for you that the road to the apartment does not have any elevation changes from bus and overground metro stops, then this is the place for you! In addition, the street is a little removed from tourist areas, so it is quiet here, which is important after the noise and crowds on the tourist trails. All equipment is new and working. Bed linen and towels are clean and have no foreign smell. It’s good to stay here for a long period, because there is everything you need for life. Thank you!

Balat is a district located in the Fatih district of Istanbul, on the shores of the Golden Horn, between Ayvansaray and Fener. The name Balat comes from the Greek word palation, meaning palace; The district is known by this name due to its proximity to the Blachernae Palace within the walls. Balat is a modest region with its colorful houses and narrow stone-paved streets. Trendy cafes and hip galleries share the same streets with the neighborhood's old-school grocery stores. Buildings such as the basilica of the Ecumenical Greek Patriarchate, synagogues and Byzantine churches; It reflects the cosmopolitan history of the region, which hosts Jewish, Greek and Armenian communities. There are golden mosaics and colorful frescoes in the Chora Museum.
