This home offers an open concept fully furnished kitchen, dining, living room with upscale furnishings, modern amenities, and coastal décor. With a whole home water filtration system and a reverse osmosis system on the fridge, so you’ll always have pure clean water. Enjoy meals at the dining table (6) with room for 4 more at the kitchen bar. Take advantage of the outdoor dining table (6) on the covered back deck to feel the gulf breeze and watch the waves roll in. Please help yourself to the Keurig k-duo coffeemaker with 12 cup carafe and complimentary single server k-cup pods to watch the sunrise/sunsets. The living room and all 3 bedrooms have wall-mounted smart TV’s so everyone can enjoy their own show. Renters can log into their own Netflix/Amazon Prime accounts. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
