The search for your next vacation stops here!  Check out this 4th floor, direct oceanfront, 1-bedroom apartment located at Beach Colony Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC.  The condo is fully furnished and the layout will accommodate 6 guests.   The 4th floor at Beach Colony is very unique!  The 4th floor of the resort is also connected to the 4th floor of the parking garage.  In most cases, guests can find parking spots on the 4th floor and conveniently walk to the condo without having to wait on elevators.    Upon arrival, guests will enter into a hallway.  Unlike many 1-bedroom rentals in town, you do not have to walk through the bedroom to get in and out of the condo!  Directly to the right is where the full bathroom is located.  The bathroom features a tub, shower, vanity, oversized mirror, and toilet.  The water heater and AC unit are located in the utility closet within the bathroom.   Continuing down the hallway, the bedroom is also located on the right side of the apartment.  The bedroom features 2 queen beds, closet and dresser for storage, nightstand, cable TV, shutter-style windows that open into the living area, and a bedroom door for privacy. ...
