This up and coming neighborhood is right on the outskirts of Kendall Yards and offers many eclectic food and shopping options! Built in 2023 with a modern yet functional open floor plan design. The space has been thoughtfully curated and decorated with both masculine yet delicate details and a touch of Pacific Northwest pride. The wide open and spacious floor plan allows for our guests to really spread out while still staying connected. The bottom floor includes a large living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry facilities and half bathroom. In the living room you are welcomed with a cozy reclining sofa and love seat with rockers. Enjoy a relaxing evening in while watching your favorite shows on the impressive 85” smart TV. The kitchen is adequately stocked with all basic cooking appliances, dishes and utensils which make it very convenient to prepare meals on-site. Our second floor boasts a lovely master bedroom complete with a full bathroom as well as 2 queen bedrooms and an additional shared bathroom. All bedrooms are adorned with luxurious mattresses, linens and floor to ceiling blackout curtains to ensure that our guests experience a comfortable and refreshing nights rest. If you are one of those people who are looking for a “home away from home” feeling when you travel, look no further! You’ve found it!
