The inviting interior has been recently updated and furnished for complete vacation comfort. The water-view deck is a great spot for coffee, cocktails, or even alfresco meals. Between outings, kick back in the living room and unwind with your favorite TV shows. The stainless steel full kitchen is well-equipped to handle home cooking with ease. Home essentials include free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). The owners of this house allow you to use their kayaks free of charge, they cannot guarantee that previous guests will not have damaged them. The kayaks are not managed by Vacasa or the house maintenance staff, you must put them back where they were stored and re-lock them before your departure. This is an individually owned villa and is not associated with Hawks Cay Resort. As such, guests do not have access to any Hawks Cay resort amenities. Certain amenities owned or operated by the resort are only available to resort guests, including the pools, beach, marketplace, and numerous restaurants and bars. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
