Casa Bella is made up of mostly retirees and families with rental units. It's quiet, but the neighbors are very friendly. A car is ideal for this location. While you can walk to Super Target (0.2 miles away) for the essentials, Ft. Myers Beach, downtown Ft. Myers and the Sanibel Island Causeway are all under 10 miles away for the condo. A bike could also be suitable. Bikes can be rented from Billy’s Bike Rental or Quickly Scooters and Bikes.
