This was my first experience with a homestay situation. It was perfect for our needs. We needed somewhere close to the Key West Express dock. It was just wanted we needed. Mark was a perfect host and offered recommendations for dinner in Cape Coral, gave us tips about our visit to Key West and gave us names of people who worked on the ferry in case we needed anything. The home was inviting, clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

I was only in Cape Coral for a weekend to attend a baby shower so I did not explore much, but I think from what I did see that there would be lots of things to explore there especially the beautiful beaches like Sanibel Island where I went many years ago.
I did get to eat out a few times...Miceli's on a canal was fabulous with a great outdoor area complete with a live band on the Friday I was there. My son is a manager there, but that did not influence my opinion. :-]. I had a yummy coconut/macadamia nut encrusted grouper in a fantastic sauce.
Our large group went for Saturday brunch at Barunch where I had a delicious lobster omelet and everyone in the group enjoyed their selections.
Cape Coral has an unusual traffic feature I had never seen in my long life...4 way stop signs, BUT,... 8 lanes converge! Challenging.

We loved the location, easy to find and in the middle of everything. The place was exactly as pictured, clean and very well stocked. The only thing I would suggest is adding at least one more tv and letting travelers know that it's a shared pool.

Great little city. Lots of great places to eat.
Great little city. Lots of great places to eat. We loved the Lobster Lady but you definitely need to make reservations or you’ll have a 2 hr wait. Loved the Cape Coral beach. We also went to Fort Myers beach which is only about a 20 minute drive. We were in Cape Coral over the 4th of July. They shut down the bridge for a festival and awesome fireworks.

Beaches weren’t as plentiful as other places I don’t think.
Beaches weren’t as plentiful as other places I don’t think. Sure had plenty of different ethnic restaurants. You really had lots of restaurants to choose from. I ate at Waffle House on Del Prado Blvd. for breakfast this morning. They were so busy but everyone was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was great. Last night I ate at Point 59 I believe it was called. It was right across from the OYO hotel Food was great and my waitress was excellent.
Front desk night time staff- Excellent. I was very tired from my plane trip- She was very kind.
Front desk- daytime supervisor- Rude- I called for my lost bathing suit and cover up- he told me to chalk it up as a loss-
He also told me to come and look through lost and found- I live in New Jersey (REALLY) Very RUDE- Never coming to this hotel again.
Fabulous location right on the water. Lovely and quiet area but all restaurants, shops and things to see and do all close by. Villa was equipped with all you could need for a relaxing stay. Fast WIFI. Amazing sunsets. Would definitely return if we are in the area again. Highly recommended.
this was unbelievable, completely fittet with kitchen stuff, herbs, oil, what you need for cooking, nice pool, bbq, if I could give this house more than 10 points I would do that
