If using a debit card, we will authorize their credit card for incidentals. The hold will release after the guest has checked out. The hotel cannot accept responsibility for overdraft charges resulting from holds placed on debit or check card. We do suggest you use a credit card at check in for the pre-authorization hold .
Guest credit card will be pre-authorize after 18:00 on the day of arrival. Any reservation with an invalid and/or declined credit card that does not satisfy booking requirements will automatically be canceled.
