it was such a treat to be directly overlooking the bay and near the town dock which was bustling with activity. They were busy working on the 1st floor repairing and renovating from Hurricane Ian. This was not disruptive to us. There is evident pride in the facilities. The front desk staff were super friendly. Our room had a microwave, coffee maker and small fridge. There is a busy coffee shop on premises as well as a bar exclusively for residents and guests of the hotel/condo complex. We didn’t use the pool but it was nice to have.

it’s location is very convenient and the view is amazing! The staff especially Mr. Phillip is very friendly and he gave us a room with the most amazing view of the harbor. The room rate is also affordable and worth it! I would definitely stay here again.
