Property info

Welcome to our Executive 5 Bed, 5.5 bath Pool/Spa Disney Villa with Theatre and Games Room! We are 15 mins to Disney, 5 mins to Shopping and wonderful restaurants. This home is well furnished and has all the necessary things to make your family’s vacation perfect. You can see the Fireworks at Disney from the upper patio! The Theatre Room has an Air Hockey Table and a Walker for exercising Enjoy many lazy days on the screened pool deck, with Large Gas Grill BBQ Pool and spa can be heated.

Neighborhood info

VistaPark is a small gated community built in the early 2000's. Even though most of the 50 homes are short term vacation rentals, there are now some homes that have full time residents. Most guest return to VistaPark because it's a quiet community, safe for your families to jog around and VistaPark is located 3 minute to Publix Supermarket, IHop, AppleBees, and great fish and chips at Sundays Grill and 5 minutes from a Walmart Super Center. The new Promenade at Sunset Walk is a 7 minute drive, where you will find excellent restaurants and bars, Cinema's and Shops There is no public transport in this area but some guest have stayed and successfully used Uber. Renting a vehicle is highly recommended.
