This 2 bedroom is an amazing location! Recently remodeled and staged for the guests to enjoy everything they need for their visit! Tons of windows allowing the sunny Florida sunlight to pour through! Open concept, large living room with dining and work area with in unit washer and dryer. Kitchen is brand and all new dishes, cookware etc. The bedrooms are great size with new beds and stylish decor. The bathroom has your essentials for your stay so you can just come relax and enjoy!

10 minute walk to downtown and Coachmen Park. Downtown has a Starbucks, multiple bars, plenty of restaurants to choose from, a local library, a movie theater, an escape room, sides walks, outdoor seating at most spaces and tons more. Short ride (11 minutes ) to award winning Clearwater Beach. You also have the option of taking a free ferry ride or a free trolley!! Ride your bike or walk! Take the Pinellas Trail that is just two blocks away and walk or rent a bike to explore! 15 minute bike ride to Dunedin is one of our favorite activities! Walk 3 blocks to the bay and watch the sunset! 11 minutes to Clearwater beach! 10 minutes to Safety Harbor. 15 minutes to Dunedin. 20 minute drive from Tampa International Airport. 25 minutes to downtown Tampa. 25 minutes to Johns Pass. 25 minutes t St Petersburg. 30 minutes to Ybor City. 60 minute drive to Orlando for a Disney trip. There is a Ferry and Trolley that run all day to the Beach that is only a ten minute walk away. Uber and Lyft are very accessible as well. Driving is easy but parking can sometimes be a challenge at the beach.
