Stay in a spacious private studio in a beautiful Mediterranean home built by famous architect B. Reede Hardman, block away from the Legendary Claremont Hotel {1 mile from the Rockridge BART metro station/3-5 min drive/uber, 15-20 min walk~ 1.5 miles from UC Berkeley/5-7 min drive~10 miles from San Francisco/20 min drive}. The studio has secured a private entrance, queen bed, vintage Burmese couch, dresser, desk, living area, microwave, fridge, and laundry. *The main house was built in the 1920's, the Mediterranean architecture, hardwood floors and French doors add to its charm. *Located in the proximity of the landmark Claremont Hotel which offers added convenience of Spa, Salon, Massage, Gym, Tennis Club and Fine Dining within two blocks of walking distance. *Private studio is spacious and tastefully decorated. The studio is ideal for two people on a queen size mattress bed. Additional floor mattress could be requested if desired. *Microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator and kettle/utensils for beverages. *Free dual band WIFI is available. *Laundry is included in the studio as a bonus. *This is a pet-free and smoke-free environment.

The location is walking distance from AC transit bus services. The Rockridge BART* station is less than 1 mile away. Pleasant 5-7 minute walk to Claremont Avenue or College Avenue.
