Excellent staff and very hospitality

Spent two nights and hotel of course st. Regis which is clean and 5 star services.

Close to Powell BART station, so easy to get to from the airport. Streetcar stop just around the corner on Market. And the cable car is 5 minutes away. Friendly staff and good facilities.

The room was very clean, and the bathroom as well. The bed was super comfortable.

This is the second time i stay at Abri! Highly reccommended as its located at the best area of San Francisco. Every single shop just a step away! Not only, all kind of restaurants , cafes are just a step away. High end brand shops like Louis Vuitton and Chanel are also a 3 minute walk! Customer Service at the reception gave us the best experience as they were always helpful and whilling to answer any questions. Also we were given a goody bag upon arrival! A bottle of wine , nachos and 2 bottles of water in a nice hotel backpack. Would definately choose Hotel Abri again when in SF. All kind of transportation to get around the bay area is just a step away! Looking forward to visiting again!

The location was convenient, the price was fair, and the amenities were wonderful. I felt secure and safe.

It's an old building with heaps of character. Despite its age, the room was very clean and well appointed. Really well done.

Front desk attendant was super kind and gentile, always willing to help keeping my baggage until my room got ready. Room itself was very comfortable.

Exceptional stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful and rooms were comfortable and clean. Fantastic location. Walking distance to union square and to the F cable cars that take you to fisherman's Wharf and back. Great value for money. Big thank you to Carlos for going above and beyond for us.

Rooms were great, hotel lobby was impressive, staff were helpful and friendly, pool was sizeable and kids loved it. Location was also within easy walking distance to anywhere in San Francisco CBD.
