Excellent staff and very hospitality

Service, hotel lobby ambience, beds, products in the room, Nespresso coffee pods. Also liked the fact that we were given $25 credit per day towards food and beverage.

The room was very clean, and the bathroom as well. The bed was super comfortable.

Modern, excellent location, superbly clean

Close to Powell BART station, so easy to get to from the airport. Streetcar stop just around the corner on Market. And the cable car is 5 minutes away. Friendly staff and good facilities.

Microwave oven is available. Plastic cutlery is also available.

Close and easy walk to all public transport and Market Street . Close to restaurants and shops , great place .

Customer service is outstanding. They emailed me twice about a cheap shirt I had forgotten in the room when checking out.

I enjoyed my stay. The bed was large and comfortable. The room was clean and very quiet. The towels and sheets were regularly changed. I enjoyed the morning breakfast, it's a great way to start a day. The staff were outstanding, always attentive and responsive. The service I received from everyone was very pleasant, particularly from the owner and Gabriel, who were exceptional. Thank you for a great stay !

The property was in a great neighbourhood and the staff were all incredibly friendly. It felt like a good place to come back to and unwind at the end of each day.

Rooms were great, hotel lobby was impressive, staff were helpful and friendly, pool was sizeable and kids loved it. Location was also within easy walking distance to anywhere in San Francisco CBD.
