Anora Spaces manages independent units within major hotel chains or residential condominiums in the best regions of São Paulo. All our apartments meet high-quality standards with modern and personalized décor, mostly equipped kitchens, and various details that make our spaces ideal for short and extended stays. You will have access to all the facilities offered by the buildings and hotels in which our apartments are located, such as swimming pools, gyms, saunas, restaurants, and more (please inquire). All of this comes at a much more reasonable and economical price, without pushing unnecessary services that you may not need. HOUSE RULES: Our guests can receive up to 2 visitors; however, they cannot stay overnight in the apartment. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. Pets are not accepted due to our condominium rules (of any species, breed, or size). Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, even if it has a balcony (any violation will result in an additional fee added to the daily rate). Parties and events of any kind are prohibited in our flats. Any damage or loss of items in the apartment (bath or bed linen, furniture, etc.) will be charged for replacement. Please take care of our linen to prevent staining or damage during your stay. Stains (hair products, grease, makeup, heavy soiling, etc.) typically do not come out in the wash, and in such cases, we will charge for the replacement of the item. If the linen is torn, punctured, burned, or damaged in any way before washing, it will be charged upon the guest's departure. NOTE: In the event of a refund, we do not return damaged items to the guest, as these items are donated. Therefore, please handle the linen carefully to avoid damage.

We provide a complete bed and bath linen set for stays according to the number of guests in the reservation. However, we do not offer replenishments of amenities or toilet paper, and we do not replace the linen. We charge separately for the replacement (forty reais for bath or bed linen, and sixty reais for both). Please wash the dishes before checking out. Moving the apartment's furniture is not allowed. This may scratch the floor and damage the furniture. Attention: In the case of flats with free parking, do not leave the car with the valet or PARK BEFORE CHECKING IN at the reception. The complimentary parking space is available after check-in, and the use of the parking must be reported at the reception. If the instructions are not followed, and the guest is charged, we will not be responsible for a refund. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF YOUR BELONGINGS; WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LEFT/FORGOTTEN in the apartment. It is your responsibility to remove your belongings at the time of check-out. Payment and Invoice Policies: For your stay, if needed, we can issue an invoice, which also serves as the receipt for your accommodation, stating the amounts paid for the stay. To do so, could you please confirm your full name and email or provide the company's details if the invoice is for a business entity? If your reservation was made through a third-party website (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.), you can also check the receipts directly on the website.
