This Montebello home offers five bedrooms and three bathrooms, perfect for families and friends. The home's split-level design features most of the sleeping quarters with a small loft on the upper floor and household living and dining areas on the main. The primary bedroom includes a flatscreen TV with cable, and an en suite full bath with a walk-in closet and jacuzzi tub. The primary bedroom also has access to a huge balcony perfect for sunbathing or reading. Down the hall is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and a nightstand with a lamp. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds with a full, shared bathroom nearby. The fifth bedroom can be found on the main floor. The kitchen, living room, family room, and dining room are all on the main level. The kitchen is fully-equipped for at-home meals with major appliances and all cookware and utensils. The dining room table seats six comfortably and the kitchen dining nook seats four. The living room offers plenty of cozy seating and a large, cable TV. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
