All guests must have a valid credit card and matching I.D. at check-in as the entire stay is charged at check-in. We do not accept cash. The first night's stay is authorized at 4pm the day prior to arrival. This authorization will also serve as the incidental deposit. If credit card cannot be pre-authorized, the reservation will be canceled. The incidental hold will be released upon check out and should be returned within 3-7 business days, depending on your financial institution. $100 deposit is required for all prepaid reservations. We DO NOT accept pets
