When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 75.00USD per pet, per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 50 pounds, only dogs allowed.

The name on the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that guests over 18 years old will present an ID.

The primary guest MUST provide valid government-issued identification 24 hours before arrival at the property, otherwise, access will be denied and NO REFUND will be provided. WE MUST receive full payment for the $250 per stay refundable incidental charges before arrival at the property. No Exception. To protect against fraud, if the name on the credit/debit card used for booking is different from the guest's name, we MUST receive a valid identification that matches the name on the card otherwise the reservation will be canceled.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 00:00:00 and 23:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of $250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
