Parking attendants welcomed us and made us feel very comfortable!

Very big and comfortable room really enjoyed my stay.

The staff were cheerful and very helpful. They saved us $ by suggesting the parking garage as opposed to valet parking. Housekeeping did a great job each day. Rooms very quiet and the bedding was comfortable.

Everything, Greet of my arrival, the audience. It was a warm feels and I loved the tokens for cocktails.

Excellent breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, nice swimming pool and good location in Downtown Houston. Very friendly and helpful staff all around the hotel.

It was great. I’m just worried because I payed the hotel directly to them and I was Booking is also charging me for the hotel. Could you help me to fix this double cost? Thank you so much.

Centrally located close to transport and walking distance to convention centre, theatres and restaurants/bars. Comfortable room with kitchen, dining area and sofa. Large reception/foyer area with coffee machine and water, serve yourself. Cafe had a varied menu and was reasonably priced. Service was prompt and efficient.

Everything especially the rooftop view. Amazing

The location, the staff, the convenience of valet, the bar, the cleanliness, everything was nice.

Great location in downtown. Staff are all really friendly. The room is big.

This was a wonderful experience and very relaxing. Near downtown Houston yet far enough outside to be quiet and peaceful. The cooking area is very clean and well maintained along with the entire facilities. When I am back in Houston I will definitely be giving them a call. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

More than you’d expect, helpful staff, big rooms.

Very clean and quite place . At also good access and parking . Staff is amazing

The property was very clean. And the staff were very nice. From the hotel staff to the valet’s.

The caliber of the check in staff, breakfast service, and maid service staff. Unusually competent, friendly, and helpful. Staff quality here distinquishes this place from most others

I know it just opened and Joel’s are being worked out but it was great

Everything pretty much except the beds weren’t exactly comfortable..the pillows weren’t very comfortable

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel bar was welcoming and the bartender great.

I feel the breakfast could've had a bit more variety, but overall, it was ok.

Esta limpio, el desayuno estaba Rico, y la decoracion acerca del espacio muy bonito

Everything, amazing location, design and great breakfast. Would stay there many more times.
