The property was clean room was very spacious nice and cozy. There was odor. The sheets were fresh and clean. The bed slept amazing. The staff was very friendly. Dominic was exceptionally helpful and very attentive. Arraon was very polite as well.

My friend and I were interested in comfortable living in a certain area of the city. We made a choice and we were not mistaken. We really enjoyed everything, starting with the parking spaces in the detached building, pleasant service, perfect cleanliness, delicious/not abundant breakfast - just what we needed! Oh, and when we entered the room, we immediately noticed the TV with a personalized greeting.

I think they should tell you when booking the reservation...

I think they should tell you when booking the reservation that the pool is being completed-done! In the middle of summer in Texas! Then, I get a room on the floor overlooking the drained pool and deck to make it worse! Elevators are real slow. Bar sucks.

Just isn't what it use to be.

Just isn't what it use to be. I use to shop at the Galleria several times a month back in the early 2000s actually since the 80s as a kid but as an adult the 2000s. The place feels like an outlet mall now. Even the high-end retailers don't have the same feel or level of service they once had. I rather shop online and do curbside. Sad because it use to be fun shopping and establishing relationships with store associates that you could count on regularly for assistance. Not anymore.
