The lakeview house for 10 can be an ideal choice for so many types of groups. The house has a hot-tub, private HOA beach just a block away, a huge deck with BBQ, and more is located in a very desirable neighborhood less than 1 mile from downtown Tahoe City. Walk/ride to Tahoe House Bakery. Minutes to snow-play, 15 min. drive to Alpine Meadows and Palisades, access to Tahoe’s extensive paved path. Biking, skiing, paddling, ziplining, hiking, river rafting, boating and so much more are nearby.

Neighborhood info

Sought after neighborhood. End of a cul de sac with lake view. Easy winter access. Road in and driveway are flat. Quiet neighborhood. Noise ordinance must be followed. The neighborhood is just 1 mile from downtown Tahoe City bars and restaurants. Tire chains may be required in winter. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is advisable. The road in and the driveway are level, which our guests appreciate in winter months.
