It is a short term rental - no daily housekeeping available The condo has a basic equipped kitchen which allows to prepare small meals. It has a two burner induction cook top, NO oven. We do have a toaster oven though, a microwave and a coffee maker. Sleeping arrangements: a queen size bed and a sleeper couch. The sleeper couch is smaller than a regular queen bed but it could definitely sleep kids and we would say shorter adults would fit as well. There is a pack’n’play but we don't provide sheets for it. The buildings of the Enclave have been renovated on the outside, but we are honest, the inside, the hallways would need some love. There is no bad smell or anything like that, they are just a little dated.

This is unfortunately out of our control It’s surrounded by a lot of restaurants and close to attractions on International Drive and the famous Orlando Parks: -The 4 Disney Parks & Disney Springs: 15 minute car drive away - Universal Studios & Volcano Bay Water Park: 8 minutes away - it’s 10 minutes from Seaworld and if you like to shop, Millenia Mall is 20 minutes away and one of the Premium Outlets is 5 minutes away. If you need anything check out the supermarket and gift shop across the street. You will find everything you need to prepare your own breakfast and a lot more essentials. It also offers postal service if you like to send letters or postcards. With restaurants such as Friday's, Chilis, Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonalds and Burger Kind within walking distance. Being on International Drive a lot more restaurants and fun attractions for kids and adults are very close. For breakfast we also recommend IHOP which is also within walking distance.
