Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age 2. Parking for 3 vehicles (2 garage- front to back and 1 in driveway.) Street parking is prohibited year-round. 3. The Palisades Subdivision is brand new. Neighboring parcels may be under construction. Some noise/nuisance is anticipated. 4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties.
