Location, location, location! Rio Sierra Riverhouse sits on 2.5 acres of pristine riverfront in Three Rivers, CA. Our guests-only property has lots of outdoor seating, paths, cabanas, umbrellas, beach loungers, picnic tables and hidden conversation spots. In this park-like setting by the river, guests can be as private as they want, with plenty of room for everyone to maintain social distance. No red arrows needed. Just sit by the river and relax. We have contactless check-in and checkout ... guest rooms are cleaned and sanitized using CDC- recommended products ... bed and bath linens for every bed and bath are sanitized for every guest ... social distance policy of 6 feet between unrelated guests in outdoor common areas ... single-use amenities in rooms ... no housekeeping visits to your room during your stay ... daily monitoring of housekeeper health ... outdoor common area seating cleaned and sanitized daily. Rio Sierra Riverhouse is only 6 miles from the entrance of Sequoia National Park. As a TV producer, Mars Roberts helped launch America’s Most Wanted and executive-produced Strange Universe in the late 1990s (which is how the nickname “Mars” came to stick). By the turn of the 21st century, after an exciting decade working in Los Angeles, she was ready for a life closer to Nature. No more Starbucks. No more parking meters. No more Freeway.  Years later, she finds there’s still nothing like the inspiring sound and sight of water thundering over the gigantic river rocks bordering the Rio Sierra Riverhouse property. It awakens the spirit of anyone lucky enough to stand on the bank of the Kaweah River and witness one spectacular moment that will never come again. Thus Rio’s motto: “We Are the River.”
Just six miles from the entrance of Sequoia National Park, Rio Sierra Riverhouse is in the quaint little tourist village of Three Rivers, CA. Three Rivers offers plenty of food service. These restaurants offer sit down dining on their patios: Gateway, Riverview, Casa Mendoza. Or try carryout from Sierra Subs & Salads or Buckaroo.
