I enjoy travelling to tropical countries with my family and friends. I would love to share our vacation home and the beauty and charm of this little town. My interaction with guests depends on what they prefer. I will be available if you need anything. I understand that some guests would like their time alone and we get it! You will have the house to yourself ( just don’t burn it!) I live in the nearby town Keaau, but I will be available if you need something. Please note that we are required to collect and remit Occupancy taxes to HI county on short term rentals. If Occupancy tax (Transient tax 10.25% and General excise tax 4.5%) is not included as part of your original bookings, we will request you to pay this tax as a separate request. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Aloha! We are inviting you to experience a garden home in this small piece of Paradise. Enjoy more outdoor space in the new gazebo and take shower at the backyard in the forest. Wake up to the song of native birds and see the Lava in the night just 5 min away. Enjoy the romantic feel of a forest cottage in tropical settings surrounded by rainforest and hapu’u ferns, away from the city and yet, close to the Highway, Volcano Village, local restaurants, winery, arts and crafts and a Golf course.

Tucked away in a small, quiet community 5 minutes from Hawaii Volcano National Park, this modern, rustic house is recently renovated with comfort and luxury in our mind. Ideal starting point for touring the Volcano National Park. *Enjoy hikes in unique trails at the nearby Volcano National Park and drive to Farmer’s market in town for local food, and fresh produce. Disclaimer: No access to a beach . You gotta drive but I promise you, no crazy traffic and destination will be worth it. *28 mi (41 minutes) to Hilo Medical Center *1.6 mi (5 min) to Volcano National Park *26 miles ( 36 min) to Hilo Intl Airport *99 miles ( 2 hr) from Kona Airport) You will need a rental car to get around.
