- Restaurants at hotel? Hours of operation?Excellent question. In Room Dining ends at 9:30 with Tellers, but the restaurant closes at 10. Opens at 7AM all week long. Stock & Bond is open at 4:30PM until 10PM Tues-Sat. and The Library of Distilled Spirits kitchen opens at 5PM Tues-Sat 11.Answered on 17 March 2023
