Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space at the very top of beautiful Welgemoed. Enjoy this open-plan space, which consists of a kitchen, lounge, bedroom and a full separate bathroom. • Queen size bed • Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube Premium and fast WiFi is at your disposal. • Guests have shared access to the pool & fire-pit area. • Solar Power - no loadshedding. This house was used in the South African movie Hier Na The property has 2 dogs and 2 cats, but they are friendly and will not disturb you. Guests access the suite by walking around the house and past the pool.
Welgemoed is a very beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. The house is walking distance to the Tygerberg Nature Reserve and in very close proximity to Bellville Golf course and Durbanville Wine valley. A small shopping centre is just a stones throw away for your convenience.
