Ocean - Song is a Luxury Self Catering apartment in Welgelegen block of flats situated on the Beachfront in Strand. You can expect to experience a relaxing seaside getaway with superb support from the host. The apartment is ideally situated for visits to world renowned Wine Farms and GOLF courses in the vicinity of Strand, Somerset West, Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschoek, Grabouw and Hermanus. As a bonus, an Inverter system for uninterrupted Wi-Fi & TV during load shedding has been installed. This also supplies power to laptops and mobile chargers. Emergency lights are available during load shedding. This is a low noise apartment - no excessive noise during daytime. No parties, events, celebrations, alcohol abuse and smoking of any kind is allowed. No outside visitors are allowed unless approved by the owner. ID's and names to be supplied. Visitors only allowed till 22h00. A maximum of 6 people allowed in the apartment at any given time of day. Come and enjoy this wonderful apartment with sea views.
As the host, we will go out of our way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We will supply you with any information needed about surroundings. Guests will be able to contact the host at all times.
The apartment is ideally situated between Cape Town, Strand, Somerset West, Franschoek, Stellenbosch and Hermanus. This makes it ideal for Golfing at various upmarket golf courses and daytrips to world renowned Vineyards. The beach is only 50m away!!!!
