Modern convenience located in heart of leafy Upper Claremont. Fast travel to beaches, city center, Kirstenbosch Gardens(6min), Newlands Forest(3min) and Constantia wine farms. The road is very quiet and peaceful, walking distance(6min) to trendy restaurants, shopping and coffee shops. Relax in the lovely splash pool or hang out on the hanging chairs and watch the mountain as the sun sets. Enjoy a "Braai" and open the front stacking doors to let the inside become the outside on those hot SA days.
My wife and I sometimes stay in the separate entrance cottage at the back of the property. Guests have the option of their privacy or calling me over if they'd like me to make them a cuppuchino. I am contactable anytime on cell.
