The Hotel exceeded my expectations, very comfortable , quiet , calm, and very decent place for family stay. I didn't hear any noises from next rooms or in hallways all through my stay. Very clean and the staff are really gentle ,extremely helpful and very welcoming. The location is excellent plenty of restaurants nearby pharmacy and Hypermarket, Bank ATM is only meters away from the hotel.

It has an Italian restaurant and offers air-conditioned guestrooms with satellite TV. Rooms at the ibis Mall Avenue Dubai are decorated in neutral colors and include modern wooden furnishing.
