Its cozy and really nice and peaceful.

Food was amazing, a lot of fruit and pastry, for meat lovers also various things. The pool and spa are amazing, new beds by the pool 😍 nice music and breezy water. The room is nice, the terrace in a nice shade. Parking literally under the terrace, and is free. The place is like a great green garden, with a block of small buildings. There is also a small pond with swans 🥹

- perfect location (20 seconds walk from metro station) - 3 min walk from the main street - Sofia main attractions nearby - the hotel hás a great sauna and jacuzzi to enjoy - many pastries nearby

The location is excellent, into the forest and on the pick of Vitosha mountain. The views are breathtaking especially from the lobby. Although it was raining most of the time, we really had great time and enjoyed the Spa and the coziness of our room. Great getaway from the city noise. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant hotel, perfect location. Clean room with a balcony. Visited so many time that feels like home. The breakfast is everything you can think of, delicious too.

There was a mistake in calendar and my room wasn't available, but the manager resolved it promptly and gave a discount on new room.

The place was great! Big and spacious! Even though we booked a one bedroom appointment the size of the rooms made it feel really comfortable.

The room was spacious with amazing views. The pool and spa area was great too. The food in the rooftop bar was delicious and staff was very attentive.

Perfect, clean, recently renovated, comfort bed and so spacious room! Very convenient for airport. Unfortunately we stayed only one night just for some sleep to catch-up an early flight but in our next journey in Sofia to visit the city we would stay there again. The lady in reception was very kind and willing to do her best to help us! Definitely recommend it!Thank you again!

Lovely setting with hills and trees around and little noise. Owners very nice and speak some English. There is a little shop on the ground floor run by one of the women with coffee (less than a euro) and some groceries. The garden is pleasant to sit out. The room was modern, comfortable and clean with a fridge. There are basic kitchen facilities outside in the garden - very Bulgarian - enough for me to make some one-pot food. This town/village Bankya has lots of large and small shops and eateries (etc.) within walking distance if you choose to eat out. Sofia is about 30 mins away.

Great apartment for a weekend getaway without the getaway! The place is super clean and comfortable. The solid wood restored furniture really makes it stand out, but the real highlight for us was the jacuzzi. We had great time and would highly recommend for a romantic escape.

Confortable, specious, well located, with a nice enclosed garden , good for families with children. The kitchen, bathroom and beddings were well equipped with everything needed for a while family to stay comfortably. The apartment was clean and overall amenities of the building are well maintained. Car park space is rented separately.

We were in the apartment for over two weeks in a row. We felt at home!!! The apartment is spacious, decorated and fully equipped, with attention and good taste to make the guests' time enjoyable. Location is perfect! Two bedrooms and two rest rooms are very advantagous for min 3 friends’ stay! All clean and comfortable.

A beautifully appointed apartment which provides a wonderful escape from the city and a very relaxing place to hang out. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and everything you need is provided in the kitchen. The bedding was comfortable and the lounge area was particularly good for relaxing after a hit day out sightseeing. I had everything I needed to prepare my own meals and was very happy with the laundry facilities. The view from the sitting area/bath tub is gorgeous. There was no noise from any neighbours and it was an extremely peaceful place. Overall I was exceptionally happy with my stay.

Very friendly host that answered all my questions very fast. Excellent one page site with all the necessary info about check in/out / keys/ wifi and more. I like the overall style of the apartments very much!

Perfect flat to stay. Clean, comfortable, everything you need.

The apartment is very good located. This is spacious and quite nice. A little bit old but not bad. I loved jaccuzzie. It didn't work perfect but was really nice anyway. I could come back there again. Contact with the owner was perfect!
