Very friendly, responsive, and helpful staff! The room was wonderfully quiet, and since I’m quite sensitive to noise, this was a huge plus—perfect if you’re looking for a truly calm stay. The facilities are clean and modern, and I especially loved the shower. Breakfast offers a great variety, and the coffee is excellent. In a word, I highly recommend it!

I was honestly a little nervous booking because of the reviews, but after staying here I really don’t get all the negativity. Most of the complaints I saw were about noise while reading reviews… but it’s literally in the middle of the city. Like, what do you expect? If you want less noise, this just isn’t the type of location for that. Personally, I had a great stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the price was honestly really good for how central it is. You can walk everywhere, which made everything so easy. Yes, you can hear some noise, but it was nothing crazy. I just used a little white noise and slept perfectly fine. I was even there during Fallas, when it was way busier and louder, and still had no issues resting. They also cleaned the room every day, which I wasn’t even expecting for the price. Overall, I felt super comfortable and would 100% stay here again. I think the reviews are a bit dramatic for what it actually is.
