On arrival our bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly and there was a lightbulb not working. When paying so much for one night (£450) I expected higher standards. This hotel is I would say overpriced. Also a good variety of different types of saunas (about 4 I think?) Staff were all really friendly. Greeted with a glass of bubbles on arrival. beautiful building and grounds. Amazing breakfast. The bathroom was dated but useable and clean. The picnic benches out near the practice golf bunker were pleasant to sit at with the sun out and watching golfers heading onto the green. The swimming pool and spa area helped us to relax. Friendly staff on the reception.
