It was really nice and clean hotel

Rooms clean a bit dated but great value for price

Staff was very friendly, great stay!! Would stay again!!

The property is in an ideal location, just a short walk from both the beach and the Old Town. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The owner was always available to answer any questions and even offered an airport transfer for a small additional charge, which was very convenient. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this property to anyone visiting Rhodes.

High level & sincere hospitality from Ms. Jensen and Mr. Konstantinos was fabulous. They both do their best for the satisfaction and comfort of their guests.

Staff was sooo helpful and very kind. They tried their best to answer all our questions. Even helps us to arrange restaurants. Rooms were so clean, great outdoor bathtub.

Clean, spacious room, close to castle nice staff

So personalized and just made us feel so welcome !! Tula was just amazing. Welcomed us with coffee n fruits .. she is so hands-on and was incredibly helpful to get a us a rented car n plan our days in Rhodes

Our suit was newly built and we were the first ones to stay. It was very clean, spacious, well equipped and walking distance to all areas in old town. The breakfast is served to your room at your desired time 🙂 and it was a real delight suitable to all diets. Both Giannis and Efi are great hosts, their kindness and hospitality are worth to highlight. We really enjoyed our time in Utopia, certainly will visit again. Many thanks.

In September 2026 we were lucky enough to be the very first guests to stay in our hotel room at Medieval Arches located perfectly right on the inside of the old city walls of Rhodes. The old city is virtually car free so the location immediately inside the walls is close enough to walk with your luggage only a minute or so and you arrive! The first thing I want to say is, we’ve had an excellent experience. The room is absolutely gorgeous but the second and most important thing, the owners are incredible. They have gone above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Adonis met us on our arrival and provided us with great tips and information for our stay on Rhodes. We were treated to a glass of wine as he got to know us and hear about our plans as well as telling us a little bit about his hotel! He brought us everything we needed and provided us with special surprise treats to ensure our stay was lovely! We slept well on the very comfortable bed and enjoyed luxurious hot showers. Making our coffee and toast in the morning while we relaxed and planned our day in a roomy space was so nice after several stays in very nice but very small hotel rooms. After our initial two days we were so comfortable we decided to extend for two more days, that gave us more time to enjoy the city without feeling rushed. Relaxing and watching YouTube as we plan our travels on either of the smart tvs during our downtime while only steps away from walking out and being amongst all the travelers going to restaurants, bars, cafés and shopping was fantastic. We were able to come back-and-forth to the room to change, rest, clean up throughout the day due to the excellent location. The owner is so kind he’s even coming to pick us up and giving us a lift to the ferry dock upon our checkout! An all around great experience and I’m so happy for their future success, they’ve done everything to make these rooms just gorgeous and comfortable!!!

The staff was super friendly! Especially Vaso - we loved Vaso! Breakfast was delicious! The best ever. The Forms of Light apartment had a fantastic view of the city and the jacuzzi was a nice touch. The bed was super comfortable. Lots of pillows! Plenty of clean towels and for the jacuzzi. We love that it was in the ancient walled city - close to everything! Great location.

Very friendly staff, great location and vibe. Room was clean and had everything we need (even refrigerator).

Very clean and well organized. The property manager was very nice and welcoming and available to help.

A host that met us on arrival and on our departure. A lovely man and he was quick to respond to any of our issues. A lovely house , clean, stylish , near to Elli beach and near to restaurants , shops and bars. Only a 10 minute walk to Rhodes old town.

Staff were very friendly and polite. They were helpful in everything. The pillows were very comfortable. We liked the coffee in the room. Indoor garage is also a great facility.

This is a beautiful hotel with great food and very nice environment.Nice people. You have lots of things to do like going to the hotel restaurant, swimming pool, spa , gym ..

It was a very peaceful and comfortable hotel in every way. The staff were very kind and friendly. The fitness center was sufficient, and we were very pleased that it was open 24/7. Overall, we were so satisfied that we extended our stay by two days. We definitely recommend it!

The Deluxe room was spacious and good designed with sunset view. Nescafé Machine and little treats daily in the room. Breakfast and Dinner vom the 10th floor is a great experience. Lots of different pools and direct access to the beach. Fitness room with all the essentials, although can be crowded at peak times. Beach is wonderful and 5 Minutes walking up the beach is a wonderful beach restaurant and cafe called Valentina's Place. Our Favorite. Excellent Cafe Smoothies, Burgers and Gyros. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel staff is welcoming and very service-oriented. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious, plentiful options. The heated outdoor pool allowed us to enjoy ourselves even when it was cloudy outside. The hotel is located near the Chabad House, which was very important to us over the weekend. Good restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and other amenities are all within a few minutes' walk in the town where the hotel is located.

Alizo is not only a hotel Alizo is a experience

Very good resort. Had the private pool with all inclusive. I would recommend this to any couple looking for a relaxed holiday. Zombie cocktail drink was my go to choice everyday.

Beautiful and spacious house, well decorated with quality furniture, linens, towels, kitchen utensils. Large kitchen with everything you need to make a meal. AC in every bedroom and high quality windows and shatters makes every bedroom a quiet retreat - we all slept well! There is a lovely garden with shaded dinning area and child's swing. The location is perfect - just few steps from the beach. The house is a short walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. "Cakebox" was one of our favorite coffee shops. The owner is very lovely and kind woman who was very helpful to us - thank you Maria!! Definitely recommend it for families - much better value than a hotel! We can't wait to come back!!

The location is Amazing! you feel so peaceful without the noise from the roads and the other hotels in the area, Also the breakfast is very good. The staff is awesome and the Room- well what can I say other than PERFECTION!

Excellent meals and very pleasant staff. The pool area is very comfortable and we were always able to choose good spots. Overall great all inclusive experience.

The place was so beautiful ! The pool and the beach was the best I’ve been in ❤️ lovely place lovely staff
