Wonderful. We were very satisfied and we would like to return some day again. Breakfast was fine, room was spacious and terrace was large and shielded from rain. Kitchen space was well equipped, bathroom was wonderful and meticulously cleaned. Our request for a crib was fulfilled immediately. Location of the hotel is very close to a summer entrance to the spa and also very near to a grocery store. I would like to mention the gentleman at reception, it was really nice to talk to him, he was very friendly and helpful; the staff was also wonderful.

Outdoor pool was functional with very warm water Nice addition considering is early January. Food selection was variate and abundant. Spa and sauna facilities really pleasant. Entrance alley to the spa was winter serviced to prevent slipping.

We had spa treatments everyday while we stayed at the hotel, and it was amazing. The masseurs, Veronika, Laszlo and Balazs, were outstanding, so professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them. I would like to mention the housekeeper, Ibolya, who went out of her way with any request we had. She is truly fantastic!!!

We stayed in the west wing and it was everything we asked for. The price includes the entrance fee to the thermal baths next door but not the sauna. We paid 3200 forint per person per day for the extra sauna. I asked the hotel to put in a kettle and 2 mugs in the room for us and they had it ready for us at check in. We are very grateful for that. The beds are comfortable, the bedding is nice and there was daily housekeeping with fresh towels.
