The onsen is superb! The room is big and comfortable, location is very convinient - quick access from terminal 3. The staff at the reception is always helping and resolving things in the best way. There is a microwave on 6th floor.

we told the hotel that we are on our honeymoon and got a room on the 12th floor and free entry to the onsen area. We appreciated it so much and were touched by the gesture! when we came to the room, we found two towel swans with a congratulations card, it was very sweet. The onsen was AMAZING, best we visited, and with great view! Note that it is gender separated. The hotel is literally connected to the terminal, took us 5 minuted to get there with 3 bug suitcases. Breakfast was varied and great, we enjoyed it very much. The price for the services is exceptional. we Enjoyed not having to wake up at 3 AM to catch our morning flight.
