The host was so nice and caring, did everything to make us feel comfortable and dedicated his time and effort to help us with anything. We loved using the private onsen (there were a few) every evening after a long day. The area is very nice and we took the free bikes for a ride around the lake, in front of mount fuji. The bus station is a- 15 min walk but we managed! Overall we had a really great stay, and we would come there again if we ever come back to Japan!

The property was beautiful. The location was a perfect distance to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, train station were only 11 mins away. The house was immaculate. We had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and outdoor Jacuzzi was wonderful.

The place was big enough for two people. There was everything I needed for my short stay. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows were available. The self check-in was very convenient and the host was very responsive by message. Our room was ready a bit earlier than the check-in time, which was appreciated. The place was very clean. I would definitely stay again if I come back to Tokyo and want to be close to Shinjuku
